Withdrawals Explained
Withdrawals follow the standard regulatory pattern for a Curaçao-licensed site:
- Withdrawals route to the original deposit method where possible. Cards withdraw to the same card; e-wallets to the same wallet account; bank transfers to a verified bank account in your name.
- First withdrawal triggers full KYC — government photo ID + proof of address within the last three months. KYC is one-off per account; subsequent withdrawals don't repeat it unless flagged.
- Processing window for review — typically 24–72 hours for clean documents (faster Monday–Friday). Withdrawal release after KYC approval depends on the method:
- Cards / e-wallets: typically same-day to 1 business day after release
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days after release
- Crypto (where supported): faster, often within hours of release
Withdrawal limits: standard accounts have per-transaction and rolling weekly/monthly caps. VIP players typically receive lifted limits via the dedicated manager. Specific caps depend on currency, jurisdiction, and account level — surfaced inside the cashier.
Withdrawal fees: Aphrodite does not typically apply a platform-side withdrawal fee. Your bank or e-wallet may apply its own fees on receipt — particularly for international wire transfers.
Important: if you've taken a welcome or reload bonus and haven't completed wagering, attempting a withdrawal will typically void the unwagered bonus. Review the bonus T&Cs in your account before requesting a withdrawal mid-rollover.
